We are pleased to inform you that we are in the process of changing the payment mode from cheque payment to RTGS/NEFT w.e.f. January 2012. This will reduce cheque deposition work at your end as well as faster payment realization.

We need following co-operation from you.

We have enclosed herewith registration form for online payment mode.You are requested to kindly fill up the same and send it to us as early as possible, duly signed by PROPRIETOR/PARTNER/DIRECTOR. You are also requested to enclose one cancelled cheque along with the form.

Payment will be released as per the overall payment policy being prepared. Bill wise details of the payments released will be intimated to you, on the EMAIL ID provided by you.

You are requested to kindly get in touch with Purchase/Finance dept, if you need any further clarifications.
