AGM- SCM(1):- A deserving candidate should be BE + MBA with an industrial experience of 20 years in supply chain management. Knowledge & exposure on E sourcing & logistics management would be an added advantage. Experience in engineering industry & SAP system is desirable. Age should not be more than 40 years. Traits:- Negotiation skills, Team work, communication & co-ordination.
Manager HR(1):- A deserving candidate should preferably be MBA with 15 years industrial experience in handling HRD department at the higher level & preferably for Automotive sector. He should have core experience in HRD department only. Age should not be more than 40 years. Traits:- Leadership skills, communication, co-ordination skills, Excellent interpersonal skills. High degree of initiativeness
Works Manager(1):- A deserving candidate should be an engineering graduate having 15 years of automobile component Industry experience in manufacturing, out of which atleast 3-4 years as Plant Incharge. Technical knowledge with management skill is must.Hands on experience in effective implementation of world class manufacturing practices will make the candidate a contributing member of the team. Age should not more than 40 years. Traits:- Leadership, capabilities to handle multiplant operations.
Tool Room Officer(1):- A deserving candidate should be DME with 3-4 years experience in Tool room. Knowledge of press tools, jigs & fixture manufacturing is must. Age should be below 28 years. Traits:- innovativeness
Executive Metrology(1):- A deserving candidate should be BE+ 5-7 years of experience of Quality Assurance. Hands on experience in standard room activity, gauge design, calibration of measuring instrument, MSA study, SPC study. Knowledge about drawing & tolerance is a must. CMM knowledge is desirable. Exposure to ISO/TS16949 is a must. Age should not be more than 32 years. Traits:- Respect for Quality, Judgment
Business Manager (Domestic Business)(1):- A deserving candidate should be BE + MBA (from a reputed College only) having 5 yrs of experience in Marketing in Automobile Sector. Traits- aggressive, go getter, dynamic but soft spoken, Team Player, good communication, sound auto Sector knowledge
Business Manager (Die Shop Business)(1):- A deserving candidate should be BE + MBA (from a reputed College only) having 5 yrs of experience in Marketing in Automobile Sector. Traits- aggressive, go getter, dynamic but soft spoken, Team Player, good communication, sound auto Sector knowledge
Programme Manager(1) :- A deserving candidate should be Diploma or Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Experience:-Must have Direct Exposure to Project Execution and Programme Management. Must have Good Knowledge of Project Planning, Time Line Preparation & Project Monitoring Method & Skills to handle Persons at various level from different depts. Must have exposure to TS Systems. Must be from Automobile field. In Case of Diploma Min-- 10 Years. In Case of Degree Min-- 8 Years
Officer QA Gauge Maintenance(1) :- Qualification - DME with experience 1 to 4 years OR BE with 1 to 2 year experience. Job responsibilities: i) Knowledge of drawing reading ii) Knowledge of GD & T. iii) Hands on experience of Gauge/Fixture/ Tool maintenance or manufacturing. iv) Knowledge of high precision measuring instruments. v) Knowledge of various processes such drilling, machining, milling, boring etc is must. vi) Knowledge of TS 16949 is an added advantage. vii) Knowledge of CAD is preferable.
Officer Accounts(1) :- Qualification - B.Com/ M. Com with 1-2 Yrs experience in Accounts in manufacturing industry/ CA. Job Skills - Basic knowledge of VAT, Sales Tax, TDS, Income Tax, Good knowledge in MS Office.
