Qualification & Experience : Deserving candidate should preferably BE (Mechanical) with 8-12 Yrs of work experience in over all maintenance. (Electrical + Mechanical +etc) from any Auto/ Auto Ancillary(Sheet Metalstamping & welding)
Job Profile :Should have knowledge of Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses, Spot Welding machines / guns, Mfg. wielding maching & their PLC controlled ckts., Handling the maintenance of utilities like EOT cranes, Atlas copco compressors, Powerica DG sets,etc, Should have sound knowledge of Hydraulic & pneumatic system various mechanisms, To initiate corrective action based on breakdown analysis, Should have knowledge of TPM / 5S / KAIZEN TOOLS, Good working of TS 16949/EMS - OHAS, SHOULD BE GOOD leader & team player, Handling various function like Erection & commissioning/ spare part management, Executing energy saving projects, To achieve functional objectives guide to all subordinates for their duties, Good process knowledge

Job Profile : Supplier performance monitoring, monitoring of product & process SC/ CC at supplier end, supplier quality system development, Monitoring at supplier end & receiving non conformity & analysis to be done on the same with action plan from supplier, Supplier process improvement. Ensure product quality at supplier end to avoid line rejection & stoppage Good process knowledge such as stamping. spot welding. good exposure to shop floor working & handling. Machining knowledge will be added advantage.
